Information to leave out
Do not send medical records, payment card details or highly sensitive information through the enquiry form. Start with a general description of your training goals.
School records
Public lookup displays limited details from issued school records. Enquiry contact information and private notes are not included in public lookup results.
Language preference
A small preference cookie remembers the language you choose. It does not contain your enquiry details. No advertising analytics are configured by this website.
Corrections and questions
Use the contact form to ask about your information or request a correction. Include your enquiry reference where available, without adding unnecessary personal information.
